When i click on the link to download the file, It takes me to a page that is just a huge bunch of garble.

I have Maya 7, Stuffit, and I am using Safari, is there some specific setting i need to adjust to download this file?

I tried right clicking and "download linked file" then I got a .rar text file that was full of the same garble.

Stuffit advertises that it can open .rar files, so you should be able to open them with stuffit.

I don't know what a .rar file is supposed to look like if you opened it in a text editor, but you shouldn't open one in a text editor. ;)

That's a screenshot from the webpage that opens when you click on the link to download the file.


When I right click to download the source file, I get the same html page

There is no HTML page, it is a .rar file.

After you download it, have you tried opening it with stuffit? What does stuffit say when you open the file?
