Hi, i'm working on a head. I havent done much to the neck though. Pls give me critique and suggestion. Thanks alot.

Not bad but very generic.
You should use a lattice (or ffd in max) and try to play with the proportion. Try using a photo in your viewport.
Once you will be happy with the proportions, have fun adding some details and giving some personality to your character.

yeah man I have to say the face area needs work....but you really pulled of the ear!! which in my opinion is that hardest damn shape to make!!
