Eine Frage:

Jup habs gelesen.

OH wow... I didn't realize that they used my favourite image by Jim Burns for the cover of the German version of Eon - wow. I did want to get Jim Burns as a judge for this competition byt haven't heard from him for a while. He lives in wales and it not the easiest to contact. He is one of the more famous SF illustrators and good personal friend of both David Brin and Greg Bear.

...anyway.. keep reading the book. All the aliens appear in the second half. Even the modern "humans" are more alien that most SF writers aliens.

I'm at page 225 and the only Alien I've encountered is a Frant. None of those look like Frant's from what I understand.

those aliens are from an 80's roleplaying game called star frontiers, it's a recycled illustration

OK. Now I read the book. There were many places, with which I wanted to start. But I make this place in the book now. At the beginning of chapter 49 one of the six spread ventilation pits described. There fantasyful buildings of splendour are described. Thickens grapes/clusters of dwellings, which on broad air roots are embodied.

I will concern that as the first.

Later I will copy far details, which are described here in the book. Freely mobile living units/trees with broad sheets and air roots/plastic hoses with shining bacteria/…. We look times, how much I create of it. And above all, how much my computer stands!

Start with an simple form. I would like, which the residential complex a "light" Design gets. And it look as of another world. Since I want to later arrange a great many from these residential complexes to grapes/clusters, I will build everything with as few poligons as possible.

More detail. On each level I will build dwelling. With different sizes. Large windows. The outside grid network should be later from Glass. In the book is located “the housing offer was enough from thick grapes/clusters of glaziers rafts,…” (Apology, have only the German version of the book here. This is not the correct english).
