Title: Getty Center Visualization
Name: Matthew R. Compeau
Country: Canada
Software:

These are some visualizations I did of Richard Meier's Getty Center in Los Angeles as a personal exercise in accurate modeling and rendering. This was a great opportunity to try out Maxwell as obviously lighting was key due to the abundance of matte white surfaces. Modeled in FormZ rendered in Maxwell.

Wonderful execution of an outstanding use of space. If there is any crit at all it would be that the central image is a lil hot? I understand the effect your are going, but personally it comes off as over exposure to me. Everything tho, the modelling and the lighting with the exception of what I said previously is great and that issue is more my subjective opinion than anything. Well executed.

I have to disagree I think the image is great the only reason it looks over expose Danoku is because it doesnt have an image behing the glass I would recommend putting a background and you will notice the difference by alot other than that it has a nice look to it, it feels like its 4:30 in the afternoon 4 stars from me keep up the good work!

I am fine with the burnt out lighting effect...it does happen in real life!! But yes, adding a background will make it look much better! Great work overall
