You can try Avid Elastic Reality. It is pretty good morpher for video and film works...

They have a $50 competative upgrade for winimages.

It is a very very good morphing program, plus it does 50 other things, including compositing, filter effects, 3D rendering, particle systems, fully scriptable, etc.

Realsmart makes a pretty nice morpher plugin for afterfx, and shake called RE:flex
