Where is this flickering? Is it on textures or on a video monitor/television?

Try this,
Go to customize>preferences
go to the Rendering tab
and then set the field order to the other option (odd or even)

I have done that, but flickering is still there.
Do u know any program to remove flickering, or maybe a filter for a video program??

Im rendering PAL to 25 fps, its ok.
Any fine lines apears at any frames and disapears at anyothers frames.

Have you tried using the antialising options on the materials of your scene?

Howdy,
Flickering video when doing fielded renders is a fairly common thing with screenspace-based GI (under)sampling - assuming you use GI.
The easiest way to clean that up is to make sure the rendering is clean in a non-fielded render as well.
Not just 'it looks good enough', because 'good enough' will most likely fall apart in fielded renders.
Ultimately, you may want to render non-fielded (stretch the animation if desired), and run it through a 'progressive scan > fielded' filter in your video editing application of choice.
If you're not using GI, then it is most likely just a matter of anti-aliasing better.
Best regards,
Richard Annema
P.S. The day the broadcast industry kicks 'fields' out the window entirely is the day you're welcome at my place for a celebration party. :airguitar
