View Full Version : A Sliding Stop?
the3DBEAST 02-04-2003, 09:32 AM i am animating a ostrich, running full speed and coming to a sliding stop...like, a HUGE weight shift backwards. really cartoonish. does anyone know where i can get some refrence??? i have no idea how to make this look right..haha. thanx everyone!

Hiya 3dbeast,
I was thinking about the scene in monsters, inc, where sulley and mike are rushing to get to the door. Sulley slides on the floor (even more in the out-takes :p ). Only thing is, it isn't a sliding stop, as he keeps on running! May give you an idea though!
