Is there a way to render HDR along with animations? The only way I've saw how to do it is by rendering every frame manually and exporting it as TGA, but that is a tedious task! Is there a better way or some script to automate the process?

your question isnt clear to me. You want to render HDR alongside an animation? What has one to do with the other? And what has the output format to do with anything?

Exactly, HDR along with animations...exported as AVI....supposedly, I guess i ts Mental Ray's limitation of not beeing able to render HDR per keyframe....but am wondering whether it is possible in another way, perhaps 3rd party support or maybe even a script to automate the process......

Your question still isnt clear. Are you refering to the hdri as a background image?

I _honestly_ have no idea what you are talking about.

You want to output an HDR video file of your animation? Render in .EXR or Floating Point Tiff.
Whether you can create a playable video format that actually is 32bit I really dont know, the usual process is to render floating point, comp in floating point and then convert it to 16bit for the final output ...

What I suppose to do is use batch render, so basicly am still learning this.....so far working great as expected........

Thanks!
