Looking good - I like the way you've done the hair as not overworked, just suggested - nice use of the blue and the highlights - I do think the lips stand out a bit though since they're the only non-blue bit of the pic.

The color of the lips was the only color I was satisfied with. I agree that they do draw attention to themselves, oh well.
