A digital painting created in 2007 as a gift. I wanted to convey a feeling of warmth and comfort, hence the soft, golden lighting. Created using Adobe Photoshop CS2 and a Wacom Graphire 4 Bluetooth tablet.

I think you've captured the emotions that you wanted to show with this piece. It definitely speaks of intimacy and comfort. The lighting is top-notch, and the figures have great depth and form. The hands are fantastic (I always notice great hands because I struggle so much with them!). Would you consider deepening some of the shadows; might even be as simple as some level adjustments in Photoshop. Great work!
