Yes, the colors are fine. I like the subject matter and the content of the image. It's the drawing itself that is a little messy. The line work needs to be tightened up. It just looks like you started with a 72dpi line work and then tried to boost the size of the image. It has a tendency to make the lines sloppy. To correct tis you have to scan at a higher dpi and downsize it. Try to never upsize a drawing or painting. It smears the colors.
