I posted this model a while back. I had originally rendered it on a white floor, with the Pub Test (0.4.53) of Brazil. But since aquiring the full version of brazil a couple months back (prolly more like 6-8 months), i hadn't re-rendered it in the new version. I got the urge to test out a glossy material on a wood floor with this one, to show it's scale. It ended up taking forever to render though, because with the combination of GI (2 bounces), glossy floor which covers most of the image, and an area light, and over 600k polys, it was getting rather heavy. I haven't the slightest idea of the rendertime though. Because of recent storms, we lost power for a bit, and i could only see my rendered image file when i woke up.

in any case, here's the image:

and just in case that one fails, here's the link to it on 3dluvr (but i cant do outside liknking so it's just a URL)

sorry, the server already failed (and now it seems back up, but just in case....), and i couldn't attach a pic when editing my post, so here's a smaller version.

the link to the full size one still works.

Can I ask how you modeled that?? Was it just boring 3D work, or did u use a Lego program? If so, wich??

Great work btw ;)

bobba, i still dont understand what you're asking.

Viper, after modeling 4-5 blocks, i gave up when i found leocad. the models were 99% the same, so why should i bust my back :P. Granted leocad is not recommended, horrible controls, crashy.. i'm sure there are better ones out there, but since this is prolly the last lego model i'll do, i wont bother.

and thanks everyone :)
