That was cute. Am I right that that music came from Amelie? I'm almost positive...

Yep, its Yann Tiersen's music, from the Ameliť Soundtrack.

I saw him live at Eindhoven (NL), was simply amazing.

What the hell.

I've been working on a shortfilm for over a year now and the end of the film is pretty darn close to what's seen here. A little more subtle, but the idea behind it is pretty much the same.

Well. That's a bummer.

I hate it when that happens, sorry to hear that. Its happend to me somany times I have lost count, its like they are robbing your thoughts! A similar thing also happend to a musician frind of mines, he created a song, and then a rapper had the exact same beat as him it was spooky, what are the odds?

That was entertaining to watch but it feels like I have already seen that concept a dozen times before...

As each year passes, it is harder and harder to create and execute orginal concepts.

I think it's actually just a matter of how well it's executed here. It's too long and overdone. The idea behind it, to show a person remember something with this technique that's possible thanks to film is IMO very powerful.

I liked that. Though the animation wasn't that great. The song sounded like the one from Donnie Darko :p

Hello there - happy you like the film. I did post a thread about it here a couple of years ago now, but it has disappeared, cant find it anywhere. Oh well
