I'm liking these. So far no two alike- though yours wins the 'different' award. Which is to say: I like it.
weirdly (an appropriate word for this 'guy') enough, he looks friendly to me. He's got an amiable goof factor for all his nipple piercings- I meant piercing.
No crits so far since he's so early in the wip stage.

Whoa, it´s great!

He has a "Pirates of the Caribbean" feel to him, and I like it. He also could be a member of the pirate crew on the Asterix comics!

I really like the neck and neck base. The three belly buttoms are a weird, alien, plus.

farley - the prosthetic part is a blind stick in his hand instead of a hook:)
and it is retractible too!!
i´m gonna add a lot of props and details the next weeks and maybe start another one just in case:)

Man that's cool. Great work on the details. One question: Is he rigged yet? It looks like he's not, and that's why his legs are kinda at a funny angle right now (parts of his feet sinking into ground)
In the wireframe I also see what could be a tail, thats not visible from the shaded render.
Great pirate. Wish I had time to work on mine (work has been completely insane since the break :(
I still plan on finishing before the deadline, though.:D :D

Try to mantain the nape of the neck (nuca), aligned with at least one heel (calcanhar), this way, you'll put your character on balance.
