Hi everybody! I'm a recent Media Arts & Animation graduate from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. I was hoping to get some MUCH needed feedback and critiques from my reel. I've supplied a few stills from my reel below, and you can either follow this link to view reel:

I used 3ds Max for the entire project (besides modeling the diner scene, which I used Maya), Photoshop & Total Textures for the textures and After Effects for post. The idea I used was to take everything I had completed during my time in school and combine it in a movie trailer style reel, and I created all of the animation during the three months of my last quarter. The Love Birds short was completed from scratch during my last quarter while I was animating the trailer..so to say the least I had quite a bit on my hands! I won the honor of Best Portfolio for my graduating class, so it made it feel worth it. But I know I have a LOT to learn in the area of animation, and that my skills still need plenty of improving. Any bit of criticism is very welcome, I'm here in search of advice and honest critiques :) Also I had the extreme honor of having Don LaFontaine (http://www.donlafontaine.com/) help me out with the voice-over to the trailer! Hope you all enjoy and I sincerely look forward to hearing what you all think!

I wish I had the opportunity and resources to work on a full length! After I finished the trailer I actually started thinking about working on a script that maybe one day I could see into a reality....one day long, long from now ;) Thanks a lot for the compliment though, I'm really happy you liked it!
