I am using a rig in XSI.

When the IK box on the feet is in its' neutral pose the position is not at 0,0,0.

How can I freeze it so that the box remains in the exact position in is currently in and have all zeros in the transforms?

ctr+K ->Neutral Pose then hit use "use current pose", which will create a neutral pose for all transforms . For just the position copy the the xyz value from the transforms into the neutral pose position values(you'll have to manually zero out the position transforms afterwards)

No need to copy paste. Just go to the transform menu on the right and select 'set neutral translation'. or scaling or rotation...
