View Full Version : Assign 'Reload Bitmap' to a Key
Krystman 02-02-2003, 07:33 PM Hi!
I'm looking for a Plugin that lets me assign the 'Reload Bitmap' command to a Key so I don't have to always open the Material Editor, go to the bitmap properties and click on that button every time I changed something with my bitmap.:annoyed:
I know that such a Plugin exists, I forgot the Name though.. I think it was part of a larger plugin collection...

Donīt know about the plug-in, but in MAX5 the maps are automatically reloaded. This should be a good thing, but when Iīm working in Photoshop on a texture and try to save I get a message that it canīt save because the file is used by something else, so I have to use the Save as... command. This is really bugging me and it messes up my workflow, so I guess Iīd like to know if thereīs a way to switch the automatic reload off and then assign it to a keyboard shortcut like the Krystman said.
Thanks.

There's a couple of scripts there for reloading bitmaps.
