Hi
Sorry to chime in with a non R10 subject.
Why does "Current state to object" work with splines deformed by Spline Wrap? Geometry works fine but splines turns into a null.

i like to help but i don't get your question. You like to deform a spline using spline wrap and then make an object(spline) out of the deformed one?

i can't even deform it here. scenefile?

maybe i can't help but learn something out of this.

EDIT Ok got it. but same problem occurs here. Help?

Works fine here. Using current state of object returns a spline. Are you sure you are not selecting incidentaly the Deformer object instead of the spline when using Current State?

God olīPath Deformer from Renato did the job. So it is partly solved..

I have tried to select everything in any combination by now, still does not work.

i'm still getting a null instead of the deformed spline?

it does not work, you are right.
I had tried it in the r10 demo, where it does work.

In 9.6 it only returns a null. Guess it is a bug that has been fixed

thanks for pointing that out. seem like bug they fixed. never thought of it before but after seeing what you can do with it seem like a pretty nice way to work some crazy splines.
