Very nice, I like the colors a lot. I prefer this version and not the red, though.

Tip: make the pupils smaller so that he appears less sympathetic. He's not evil enough with such big eyes.

I agree about the pupils. Then again, I don't know the char's personality so I'm a bad judge.

Can you post a layout for the character? Is this staying in "head-mode?"
