CGTalk - specific CPU usage

Anyone know if you can control a program only being used by one CPU on a dual CPU machine. Specifically, I might like to run a NET client on one CPU and work in the main C4D program on the other so that it can render and work at the same time.

Set each to use only one thread, and the OS will take care of the rest unless you run out of physical memory.
