Question about upgrades

hey all.
I have a copy of photoshop 5. Its in a different language version. Is there any downloads for installing it into a english version?

I'm not aware of any such download, although I havn't looked. In any case it can't hurt to ask Adobe about it.

Also is photoshop 5 possible to upgrade to the latest version?

Short Answer: yes.

Long answer: You can buy the upgrade version of Photoshop CS2 direct from Adobe, Amazon, or any number of other sources. During installation you will be asked to show that you have a valid CD or installation of Photoshop 5.5 or above. CS2 will then install just as if it was the full version.

If you are running a version of Photoshop below 5.5 you can still upgrade to CS2. Once you have the upgrade you will have to phone Adobe customer services with the serial numbers of your old copy and the upgrade. They will walk you through a short 'unlocking' process that will allow the upgrade to install.
