let's say i have a cube (subdvisions 3x3y3z) i select a random poly for every face of the cube, i want to scale each on its axis, is it possible? :shrug:

I'm not quite sure what you mean but i assume "extrude" will do just that.. no?

Or just try "normal scale"..

Btw i'm a n00b, so i Could be Completly wrong..

I think you're looking for 'Normal Scale'. Cmnd_click or RMB_click editor view.

I know normal scale but the problem is i can't non-uniform scale it, right? :shrug:

use david's Axis Centre Plugin (you should be able to download it from www.imashination.com). that can put the axis on your poly for you for which will allow you to do exactly what you want :)
