heeelllllllpppppp!!!!!!
i've been try to bake the light shadings on to my model, but it don't seem to be working.
1: i selected the model and then shift click the material in hypershade .
2: when to edit and told it to bake my texture.
but all i get is a new texture that is totally black. but i do have lights in the scene. and it all renders fine....
please help....

hmm..need more info to really help you out.

Perhaps a screen shot of what you are talking about.

You must have your UV's on the surface that do not overlap and are in the 0-1 texture space. Also I believe they need to be in the base UV set.
