Hi, i am currently working on a project and i am having some trouble trying to make a custom shape out of my gif image. I cant seem to resize my image to become the shape i want....... I can only get the shape for a single frame but i have alot of frames so doing this may result in some frames being in a different size and i will cut away alot of parts of the gif image as well.

This is the shape that i want to make my gif into without cropping much of the original image. If its possible i just want to scale the image down into that shape.

Can anyone tell me whether this is achieveable and if so how can i do it ? The programs that i have are Flash, Imageready, Photoshop, Ulead and Illustrator. Thanks a million.
