The ears have more feel to them in the ref. Thicker and the upper outer rim goes down further...
Needs more cheek-bone.
Needs thicker brows and more definition between them.
(And needs those two wrinkles on the forehead, but I guess you are aware of that)
I have the impression that the snout is a bit less round / more flattish in the ref. and both the regions over and under the lips look a bit longer in the ref, but a bit dificult to say because of the difference in how wide the mouth is open.

Thanks for the crits Sister Ky, although it wasn't my intent to make it look exactly the same. Some of the differences were intentional. I did fatten the base of the ear a bit and adjusted a few other areas. In case you're wondering, I'm working in Silo 2 beta, but I've decided not to use the displacement tools for this particular project.

Looking good,I adore the tank girl movie and the rippers are awesome characters,I like the sketch and I think that you're capturing the whole ripper spirit really well.

Thanks Lucidyness. I never actually saw the movie. The drawing was based off of what I could from the screenshots. I'll probably see it someday. Those rippers look really cool.

I added the rest of the model along with some hair. I'm not satisfied with the shirt yet, but I think I'm getting closer to the final peice.
