Hi,

I have a character I want to rig for animation and I'm running into some trouble with the leg. The muscle structure of his leg is similar to a dog leg, and the tutorials I have seen on how to set up the IK handle for legs is always for a human-style leg.

So, can anyone explain to me how I set up the IK handle(s) for this guys leg? Or, know of a tutorial that explains in the process?

Thanks for any help!

Try the spring IK solver. Here's a tutorial link.
