really nice, and nicely modeller, but there are some mistakes
-the eyebrows look weird
-her ears also look a bit weird
-and her shoulders are a bit wrong. I mean, she looks like a more grown-up but her shoulders imply a small girl

lOOKin good , id say the weird factor is the lighting , and maybe she needs some denser' hair?
other than that , if u still think she looks creepy , maybe you should check your sexuality w00t! jk :)
lookin good man.

good modeling, but her hair needs a bit of work.
It's all about lights and hair...fix these 2 problems and this will be awesome ;)

yup. someone went nuts with the flow-bee haircut system on this chick. The lighting is super flat as well, and the eyes look a little glazed over and lifeless.

about the lights, why not start with a simple lighting? Go for a spotlight with soft shadows, NO ambient light, and add another light, with intensity about 15-25 (whatever you see fit) that point exactly the same as your camera (parented to the camera) that casts no shadows.
-1 Spotlight with soft shadows
-2 Directional light of intensity 20, casting no shadows, parented to the camera.
-3 No ambient light
give that a try. I use this configuration for all of my works, and proceed from there.

I wrote a little tutorial on the 3 point lighting system and some shadow maps basics. Check it out, it might help you out a bit.

nice work, eyebrows and eyelashes needs some corrections, a different haircut would be better, ears are too close to the head.
keep on and this model will be great, I promise ;)
