Hello, Ghasem.

I like the first sketch though there is some question on what is happening with the ground beneath him. The one thing I might suggest for the second one is rethinking the lighting on the foreground figure. He looks like he is hiding, but there is little around him and he seems rather lit...he is also not grounded...appears to be floating.

I look forward to seeing more.

i thought that sharing with you my way of working,maybe be good idea.
its was just sample sketch.than i started to give it more details .almost all of my painting start just like that.without any idea or modei or color refrence .. i like this way of working,i know its have alot of problems... any way its just one way of working.and im now just exploring and learing...and please feel free to critique and comment on my work

Hello, Ghassem.

Dynamic piece as always...love the god in the mountain. You may already intend to do some of what I'm showing you in the suggestion. I didn't do it everywhere, just to show what starts to happen when you strengthen your fire-light on the figure. You had more of that lighting in your second and third stages.

Blacks should definitely only be on the main figure and some of the foreground...the darks in your background should be more in the redbrowns you're using. Use the lava rivulets to define the edges of the ninja's scarves, but be careful not to repeat those scarf shapes too much on the mountain.

I punctuated the eyes on the ninja and the god...I look forward to seeing where you end up with this. Thanks for posting your process....it's always great to see that from a fellow artist.

I've been watching in here for a while now. I think you have developped pretty well and this painting is certainly a good one. The only thing what bothers me a bit is the fact that this piece is build up from just one color. It's a good painting anyways and keep it up. I'll be watching you! :scream:

Your piece is coming along well, Ghasem. The one thing I was noticing is the arms and hands. I think they are not in the right position.

The sword is going to be perpendicular to the hand. Take a stick (even a pencil will do) in each hand. Now put the sticks behind you so the point in the direction in your painting. The best thing you can do is pose you or someone else in that position, with the two sticks and take a photo (or at least look in the mirror). Right now, the hands look like the turn too much toward us for the position you have. Check it to make sure.

ihope i fixed the problem a little.and now when i look at it i noticed that the right hand is
soooo tall.honestly im realy tired of working on this peice,just looking on it make me feel sick:D :shrug: .i dont know .maybe later i will fix it.but im sure that for afew days i wont look at it:D

Ghasem, I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you. I had the hardest time getting onto CG Talk last night.

Ok...I really love what you've been doing with this piece. This may not be THE answer. I was trying to see what could be done to place more focus on your figure. I did a gradation mask on the background and applied a HSV to lighten the background, but not diminish the intensity of the godhead.

I took your figure and hit the top edges with the burn tool which brought out your linework in a kind of blue. Thankfully, you did actually have the wrinkles and stuff on your figure's clothing...I also hit the front leg a bit.

These are merely suggestions, but I think you need a way to separate your hero from the darkness of the mountain. So maybe this will give you some ideas.

Great sea of hands and faces.

okay Ghassem, you've been busy indeed! i really like the last few robot sketches, my fave is the big guy walking through that blue, dead forest though. good atmosphere. keep it up!
