Hello every one im, using maya 8 for modeling and i have lots and lots of 3D total textures Downloaded. Now all i need is to know how to apply them to my work, so can some one explain it to me step by step how to import textures to maya 8 :) Thx for ur help.

Why not read the manual or the help files?? It's very easy to connect textures to your shaders! :)
