Sorry, but your Collaborate Team Projects forum seems a bit restrictive. It is listed under the WIP, which is also a bit confusing. You already have to have a team project in progress before posting. Anyway, what I was thinking if you're going to do that, then you also need to have a NEW Gigs forum, for people to post ideas and new projects as they arise.
