I don't know if you guys know this or not, but Renderosity has the ONLY active Rhino forum on the net, and I've noticed we have quite a few rhino users here at cgtalk...

Now, my question is, do we have ENOUGH rhino users here?


All rhino users raise your hand and reply, please...

I love using rhino, but I can't believe that a CG talk forum would do very well, since Mcneel does such a good job of supporting their own Forum. There are a lot of companies that could learn from those wacky folks in Fremont.....

No, I myself am a rhino user, and I am wondering if we have enough rhino users to get us a forum here.

Edit: i didn't know about the other rhino thread when I was typing mine.

The word justification sound harshe, as this issue of justification will hardly ATTRACT Rhino users to CGtalk, if there isn't a forum for this software in the first place.

scripting in rhino is becoming very popular in architecture graduate schools

I think it's at least worth a try, especially considering the Rhino-C4D workflow.

I would use a rhino forum... not for help really but to help others. Im pretty good with rhino.

Please - get all your friends to come and use this forum. It needs enough activity on it to justify its existence. If some of you could please go to the respective Rhino communities and newsgroups, and point people to this new forum, that'd be much appreciated.
