Hey ho

I recently bought the dvd from PhotoshopCafe called 'Wacom tablets and photoshop' for some more tips about my new wacom. There is a part about the brushes and the settings for them. Its about the 'Other dynamics' where you can adjust the opacity to 'pen pressure'. So is this equal to the main opacity settings you can do for every brush? I mean can I check the other dynamics and leaving the default opacity and flow about 100% however I can work with opacity?

If I don't check this other dynamics but leaving opacity/flow to 100% the brush shape dynamics to pen pressure I never could paint with low opacity...

Okay long story and senseless words: Do you mostly paint with opacity/flow at 100% but instead checking the pen pressure for shape dynamics also other dynamics?

I am thankfully for every advice :=) I am confused now.

I guess it's a question of preference, but I tend to always have my oppacity low on the brushes, despite the dynamics turned on or off. I turn them off and up my oppacity when I need to do a strong paint over.

Thanks a lot terro. So it isn't really the same thing I guess. Have to try it out myself :)
