Hey everyone, here's my entry. This character is called a Moridon. It lives in the swamps/ Marshy areas of the world, and is very adept at living in trees..It's also immune to all magic spells, and most physical attacks... There are very few items of folk tales and legends which can fatally wound this monster, yet none have been dicovered so far... Though not very imposing in stature, the Moridon more than makes up what it lacks in size, with extreme agility and quickness. It prefers to hunt humans, and goes to extreme lenghts to do so, often raiding towns and villages close enough to swamps or marshy areas.
It's origins much like everything else known about it, is steeped in old myths and tales.. It's said that the human King Moridon, was once on a quest to find the Scepter of Vacuity- an ancient artifact which was powerfull enough to destroy whole worlds,( in order to conquer a rival elven kingdom). The elven king became aware of this, and sent his best warriors to stop him from doing so. However, the human king found the scepter before the elven warriors could stop him, and to test its power decide to use it on the elven warriors. Unfortunately for all present, the power of the scepter could not be harnessed by the king, and once touched by his hands it unleashed it's curse upon everyone. It killed all but the most powerful of warriors and then transformed both elves and humans alike into this new breed.
