CGTalk - advice needed!

hey everybody. I have recently developed a love for matte painting, in the future I hope to be a concept artist, however i need to further my skill. Because i'm new to matte painting I need as much helpful information as I can absorb. So please review my work and leave helpful comments....thanks

Hi Trendus. If your getting into Matte you should practice with photos and painting onto them, as a lot of matte paintings require the use of high quality photographs and the artist to paint on to them . From what I see from the work you have posted is that you should definitely practice some detail work. Your block in looks good, but it lacks detail. Hope I was helpfull.
