warning: Sequence File ## (zero based) failed to render (26 :: 142)

The ## referring to the current frame AE is trying to render

I assume the Sequence File ## (zero based) failed to render simply means the frame failed to render, anyone know what the cryptic (26 :: 142) means?

Some info on the scene:

2K cineon (dpx format) frames with uncompressed 16bit tif cg elements.
It seems to render fine with these settings until I add the following:
Maya rendered .iff frames with vector information, using reelsmart motion blur vector to access the info in AE. Then I go to render and every frame delievers that error.

I can get the render to work sometimes if I exit AE restart and then render. This error occurs when I am using the watch folder.

Ideas?!!?

Project delivers next week!
