Title: Pepsi render
Name: Niclas Binnquist
Country: Sweden
Software: Maya, mental ray, Photoshop
I needed a decent model of a soft-drink can for an
interior Im workin on, this is what I came up with.
I cut the damn can in half and put it in my scanner to obtain
a high-rez texture ;)

LOL! I've done the same thing once. Not as easy you would think. Especially with normal scissors. In the end, i ruined the can, got a bleeding finger and gave up. :D:D
Good job! Nice render. :)

Simple and clean. I like your resourcefulness in getting a texture. I wish there was always something we could cut in half and scan for a texture. Good work
