CGTalk - Another female head

Hello all. :p
I started modelling this head, using pictures of Milla Jovovich as reference. As you 'might' notice, it doesn't look like her...at all (a common problem with my models, they never look like the ones they are supposed to). But I have two other problems I need your help with :
1) The model doesn't look very female, any general tips regarding the common differences between male and female faces are appreciated.
2) The ear is horrible and I don't know exactly what to fix with it.

And then the regular info for the curious : the head was modelled with Editable Mesh + Meshsmooth in 3DSMAX R5 and rendered with Brazil.

Please be as harsh and direct as you want. This is the umpteenth time my woman has turned into a man and I'm getting a bit frustrated. If you have the patience, do elaborate yourself with pictures, it always makes things easier ;)

Hi,

To me it looks like the forehead is sticking out a little far, the ears are too flat and the cheeks need to be a little smoother as there's a large ridge between the cheeks and mouth.

I'm at the same stage as you at the moment, most of the heads that I attempt to model end up looking very male. Keep going you'll get there in the end :)

Can you get the exact picture profile (front, side) view of Mila? It would help a lot if you can have an exact match in front of you when modeling.

Hmm...looks like my current mesh isn't very compatible with any other pic. Not a real surprise considering how hard it is to find a match at all. I wonder if I should rebuild the entire thing based on another pic(s)?
