Has anyone here, especially anyone in the gaming community, messed around with using radiosity and then baking it into the vertex colors? I'm modeling environments for a game and experimenting with trying to get realistic lighting without having to add 100 lights to fake indirect illumination and shadows.
So I was wondering if anyone else had experience with this and could offer any tips, tricks, or suggestions for getting the best results.
