Title: tifa low poly game art (ffvii ac)
Name: Han Zhiyong
Country: Singapore
Software: 3ds max, Photoshop
Polygon count: 3538 triangles
Here's one of my recent personal project. Tifa from advent children. Modeled and lit in 3d studio max, and textures all painted in photoshop.

I love it, itīs a great model. Looks really well, can you post a wire to see the details of the mesh? Congratulations for your work, I think you are in the correct way to work in Square-Enix. If you get it, please make something great for the possible Kingdom Hearts 3.

Being a game modeller myself - this is fantastic work, at only 3538 polys. Please, post a wire..

thanks for the reply....
Davision: This is a lower resolution of the texture. The original size I used was 1024x1024. Anyway, I will take note of it. Thanks!
ceasoN: I actually just completed FFVII: Dirge of Cerberus a few weeks ago. Being a hardcore fan of FF7, I was really really hoping to see the in-game models of the main characters, like cloud, tifa, barret, and red xiii.....haha

Love final fantasy! Great job on the model. Just started playing Dirge of Cerberus. I find the cinematics mind-blowing, but once we get to the in-game graphics, i have to keep reminding myself this is ps2 not ps1 :p.

That is a pretty damn good for a low poly model. I don't think any of her features were lost. Great job.

punman: I'm actually using very simple setup for it, didn't go for the fancy stuffs, haha. I'm rendering using max default render, and then composited in photoshop. Render time is around 5 secs.
As for the lighting, it's just only a group of max default spotlights. This way I can setup my model and achieve the same results easily in whichever software I use.

Terry
