hi, can someone please help me out here.
ok so i get on the phone with journeyed, to purchase the 3dsmax 4 to 5 upgrade, now when i do this they said to me... let us check your contract, and it shows that i have a free upgrade from discreet and i dont need to order it from journey ed today... now discreet has not contacted me about an update.. so they journeyed people said to contact them....

does anyone know the email or telephone to call discreet about this? cause i tried reading their site and all these help contract stuff and tech emails... i cant figure out which to write/call too without getting a charge or other things

help please !! i want my 3ds max5 :wip:

rofl... no matter how many extensions i go thru i end up getting the same rep 3 times now.... and they give me different number.. and it ends up looping right back to them

thanks :) i was finally able to reach someone who patched me into someone else.. then the 3ds max people.. and then to the dstribution people..
they are contacting journeyed to verify somethings... and work it out
so i hope i get a call back soon (they took all my info) with some news about my update :cool:
