the current model i used for a short film in a contest that i did a while ago- won first place!

thankes- i used illustrate 5.1
there is an option to use either cel shaded render or celshaded materials.
i used the second option- it gives it the 2.5d look

Hey there =), pretty nice work I think.
I have always thought that I'ts hard to make cool cellshading.
One thing that cought my attention on the rat/mouse pic is that there is so few hair strokes. Maby it'll take much computer power , but it would be cooler if you had a much denser fur on him/her/it.
On the "farm" pic , if I can call it that =), it would be cooler if you'd add som shadows to it =).

about the fur of the rat. i used shag fur and if i do more density it looks ugly licke a halo instead of fur
maybe i should try shag hair

Ok, if it looks better with less fur the ypu should have less fur =D.
Ive never done fur in 3ds max so I dont know. =)
