View Full Version : array question
sorry if this is a noob question, but it is driving me crazy. Is there any way to array an object along a curve, and have each successive object in the array be scaled down a given percentage more than the last object in the array? to clarify the first object would be 100%
then 95%,90%,85%...ect.

hmmm, thats not a n00b question, thats for sure, I acctualy dont know.
Im positive you can accomplish that, using command lines, but I dont use those much
myself, Im afraid. I dupt there is any pre-scripted way to do that, but of course, I chould be wrong. Those types of commands are much more used in CAD software, like SW, you chould export\import, if you cant fint a solution in Rhino.
Good luck to you =)

It is possible to do this manually and quite easily with ArrayCrv, Divide and Scale command if it does not involve a huge number of objects. The answer for your question is yes, it is possible.
I am guessing that you want an automated command for this. I am not sure about this either, tried and couldn't find any solution yet.
