Well, I'm really ashamed that I'm posting this but just yesterday it occured to me that I can't get some of the keyboard shortcuts to work. I'm using Cinema since Version 5 but well, apparently I never really needed this.

So for example for "Grow Selection" in tells me in the menu that the default shortcut is U~Y. So what does that mean? I'm not supposed to acutally press U, ~ and Y key, am I? I also can't think of any button U~ might stand for to press in conjuction with Y.

So I'm really lost here, sorry. And oh yes, I did consult the manual about this.

Sorry for posting such basic question which really do nothing to the quality of this forum :)

it just means you need to press U, then press Y.
Don't move the mouse when doing this, or it cancels it.

It is usefull because you can assign for exemple all modelling commands to
M - A ( add points)
M - W ( weld)
M - K ( knife)

or any other system you may want to use to customize shortcuts
