I have been working on a personal project music video for the Chemical Brothers track "Hoops"... this will be the first of 3 CG sequences in the video and I wanted to get some feedback...

It will be cut up for the video with another characters POV using the same scene from a mirrored camera move, but this is one of the full shots...

cool stuff....
some stuff seems to be a bit off, but since its for a music video i dont think you should worry about that...

for example in the last pic: the light is clearly visible in the background, yet the shadow is also going towards the back. but maybe its because there is another strong lightsource somewhere so who knows.. *shrugs*

good stuff

Hi Stimpy... old Paaal! hah, one of the greatest cartoons ever! anyway...

Ya, the key light in the scene is casting that shadow, the visible light in this shot is the Stylus light, and on a real turntable it wouldn't flare so dramatically, it gives off enough light around its area but not enough to light the entire turntable... thank you for the comments,
