We're a group of graduates from the University of Teesside in England who decided to get our asses in gear and make an animated short.

We're part funded by Digital City Productions (a divison of the Centre for Enterprise at the uni) and are premiering our teaser as part of the university's Animex festival of animation (www.animex.net)

This is still a WIP, we are very nearly finished pre-production and are itching to start animating!!

So come on down and check it out!!

Lookin good. Is that main character based off of Bruce Campbell.. of the Evil Dead series? If so.. Nice choice! Best of luck :bounce:

In response to a couple of queries, the detail on the above zombie is modelled, we are yet to apply bump, displacement and specular maps...

the only critic i'd have are the pants look way to new and perfect for a zombie (remember he was buried in those)...and the fact that he has no nipples makes it look strange to me :curious:

otherwise looks good good good. cant wait to see the final production :buttrock:

Thanks for all the comments...

We modelled and textured with MAX then exported to XSi. All the animation will be done using XSi cos it rules :D

The bump mapping is done using bump map images, displacement maps and some of the detail is modelled.

Post-production is with Premiere,Combustion and XSi compositor - check out the trailer on the web site!!
