[ I have The.Finest.CG.Car.Collection.Vol.1 and the model is 3d. In Collection, have 2 teyp; 1 .max 2 .obj ] Can i import .obj file in AE7 ?

No. AE is an compositing and animation program, not a modeller which can handle polyobjects.

edit: Just saw in your sig that you use Digital Fusion which shoulcd be able to import geometry from fbx-files.
