Hey guys i wanted to get your opinions on a texture that i cant seem to create, i am texturing a fork but i cant seem to get that metal look you guys have any idea?

What software are you using?

These tutorials may help, if you're not using max, then the ideas behind the tutorials should still help you no matter what software.
