And there’s no reason you should, very nice.

If that top one is in the air you might want to give that propeller a spin:)

Who cares if you like doing Aircraft....as long as you keep doing them so well!! Ever do an Apache gunship? OOh, a jolly green giant would be way cool, although I don't know what they're really called...some Marine chopper. Great work!

Amazing work. Only thing I can suggest is keep making more models and put them in some scenes. You're texturing and modelling are both superb, great attention to detail.

thanks guys.... its all lightwave for the models and photoshop for the textures. I've got some scenes planned right now.... and yeah a jolly green giant would be a sweet project. I've never done an apache yet, just see to many of them on 3d boards

I wish I had time for a tutorial, maybe one day I will. but for now my tutorial goes like this... go to school, work your ass off doing 20 hour days for 2 months and 12-16 hour days for the other 8 month. then go get a job and keep improving your skills ;) seriously though I'll see if I can post up a few notes on how they're made

I'd began modelling one, but thats amazing.
Did you use blueprints or just reference pics?
Love you textures, the grain adds to it.

How long did that take you?

Whats modeliing technique did you use?

Could you point me in the right direction?

I've full military access to an Airshow here next week can't wait.

Excelent work!!!

arai, man, I have been doing a search on cgtalk for your posts and let me tell you, I am extremely impressed with your modeling and texturing skills. You have got some awesome work there man!!
Keep it going. I too would love to see an tutorials or notes that you might be able to post. SWEET WORK!!!
Even if it just to tell us how you make those fanastic (so realistic) textures, or post a small cropped version of say color, diff and spec maps to see how you have them correlating, that would be great!
Thanks.
