View Full Version : XSI: Rendering: Export MentalRay MI files

I have had a little trouble finding how I export a MentalRay MI files (in XSI 5.11), which I use with the Standalone MentalRay Distrubuted Rendering System I built (with I believe it is 3.4.6.9)

On a separate note my search took me to something about BatchServe which seems unsupported and obsolete now. Is that true what do you do instead to achieve this functionality?

did u try the Export to Mi2 button in render panel ?

Unless you are using Foundation, it's in Render > Render > Export to MI2, or check the Export MI2 tab in the Render Options. Foundation does not have allow exporting to mi2.
