I use the cross shaped cursor and when ever i zoom in to go over some lines it seems as though the pixels are not directly centered with the cursor. is there a way to correct this.

Once, after I changed the tablet, the line was coming at some distance from the cursor. In this case downloading the latest driver from Wacom's site fixed the problem.

Also, remember that some brushes work differently depending on the angle of your stylus on the tablet. If your using a airbrush for example at a angle, then if will spray a little bit in front of your cross-hair position.
